Hi, I'm
Harry
I am based in the UK, I have been interested in what we eat and how effect us since an early age.
My fascination led me into the world of science which I studied for many years.
Healthy eating is far from new, unhealthy eating is new. Highly processed, low nutrient food, that leads to a shorter lifespan and chronic illness.
But it doesn't have to be that way, I myself suffer, like many in my family, from elevated blood pressure. Admittedly, it's not chronically high but higher than 'normal'. How do I control it? Entirely through healthy eating a little exercise and nothing else.
What we eat and how we live are major factors on our health, I believe with a little effort we can all enjoy better health and a longer life.
I invite you to join me on my journey.
Harry
